Terms of Service for "Make Art with Confidence" Course

The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Natura Illustrata - Anastasiia Morozova (“Company”). The term “Site” refers to www.anastasiiamorozova.com and any related subdomains (“Site”). These Terms of Service apply to the "Make Art with Confidence" course, including both the self-learning version and the mentorship version.

By using our Site and/or purchasing the "Make Art with Confidence" course, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy (“Agreements”). If you do not agree with these terms, do not use our Site or purchase our course.

1. Course Versions

• Self-Learning Version: This version is for individual use without any feedback. By purchasing this version, you agree that you will not receive any personalized feedback, guidance, or mentorship.
• Mentorship Version: This version includes guidance and feedback from Anastasiia Morozova and other team members, as well as access to the community for a limited time (typically 3 months).

2. Eligibility

To access or use the Site and the "Make Art with Confidence" course, you must be eighteen (18) years or older and have the authority to enter into these Terms of Service. Minors may access the content with the authorization and supervision of their parents or legal representatives.

3. Lawful Purposes

You agree to use the Site and the course for lawful purposes only. You shall not post or transmit any material that violates the rights of others or is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Account Creation

You may be required to provide information such as your name, email address, and password to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and not to impersonate anyone else.

5. Consent

By registering with the Company, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including notices and updates.

6. Refund Policy

Payment Policy:
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. For those choosing installment payment options, the first installment is collected at the time of purchase, with subsequent payments collected monthly until the full course fee is paid. Failure to make timely payments may result in removal from the course without a refund.

Self-Learning Version:
Refunds are available within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that no course content has been accessed or viewed. Once any part of the course has been accessed, no refund will be issued. By proceeding with the purchase, you agree to these terms as final.

Mentorship Version:
Refunds for the mentorship version are also available within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase, on the condition that no course content or mentorship services (including live sessions, feedback, or other mentorship support) have been accessed. If any part of the mentorship or course content is accessed, all payments are non-refundable.

No Refunds After 14 Days:
After 14 days from the date of purchase, no refund requests will be accepted for either version, even if course content has not been accessed. This policy ensures that all participants are clear on terms from the start and is legally binding upon enrollment.

By purchasing this course, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these refund policies and agree that all terms are final after 14 days.

7. Lifetime Access

“Lifetime access” refers to access to your specific version of the course for as long as the course is available. If the Company ceases to operate or decides to retire the course for any reason, your access to the course will be terminated. Participation in future editions, updates, or additional activities not included in your version of the course is not guaranteed. If the Company ceases to exist, your access will terminate without a refund.

8. Privacy

Your personal information will be stored securely and in compliance with applicable laws and privacy regulations. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.

9. Customer Feedback

You agree that the Company can use your feedback for marketing or promotional purposes.

10. Release

You agree that the Company may use any images, audio recordings, or video recordings of you obtained during your participation in the course. You waive any right to payment or royalties for such use.

11. No Confidentiality

Information shared with the Company or other participants in the mentorship version is not confidential.

12. Participant’s Conduct

You agree to conduct yourself professionally. The Company reserves the right to remove you from the course without a refund if your behavior is disruptive.

13. No Guarantees of Results

The Company does not guarantee any specific results from participating in the course.

14. Disclaimer

Your use of the Site and the course is at your own risk. The course is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Company disclaims all warranties.

15. Intellectual Property

The course contains intellectual property owned by the Company. You may not modify, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, distribute, or perform any of the course materials without our prior written consent.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any damages, including loss of revenue, data, or emotional distress.

17. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the state where the Company is headquartered.
